BERET

The modern origins of the beret can be traced back to the Basques, a group of people on the French and Spanish sides of the Pyreness Mountains. The way to spot an authentic beret is to make sure it has been crafted from one piece of material without any seams. And if you want to go with the truly "old school" style than stick with a beret in navy blue or red.

Timeless, the beret has been adopted by a variety of people over the years.

It doesn't matter if you wear your beret on the back of your head, tipped jauntily to the side or pulled down flat across the forehead. It only matters that you have one in your wardrobe, because berets are a bold and beautiful way to frame the face.

NOTHING IS CHICER THAN A BERET
